He was the original Master Trainer in 2002, a Clinical Exercise Physiologist, a sports performance specialist, and has 7 national fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle and weight management certifications. He has worked with all walks of life including triathletes, fitness competitors, pro athletes, and most importantly; the working professional.  He understands the importance of getting results quickly in a limited time.
