Katie lost 9 lbs in our 3 week mini BootCamp
This fitness and weight loss program is honestly the best gift I have given myself. It is motivating, stimulating and challenging everything my old routine lacked. It jumpstarts my day and I have met a wonderful group of women from all walks of life. I receive dedicated personal instruction - I couldn’t ask for anything more in an exercise program. You need to do this for yourself.

I wanted to share with you something that happened after our workout this morning. For the first time since I started working out I understand what they mean when they say working out gives you more energy. I never felt that way before. I was usually so exhausted I could hardly move, but today I felt energized...sore, but ready for the day. So thanks Mitch. Now about that mile run.....:-)

I was completely bored with exercising. I have exercised my whole life and needed a change. It's great to be excited about my workout program again. I'm beginning by 3rd camp soon!

The Adventure Boot Camp is simply the best! I particularly like the variety of activities and the sense of fun that's built into the program. I really felt like I was getting the maximum benefit out of the program. I highly recommend the program to anyone wanting to improve their fitness and overall health. Linda Landers
I have to admit I was a little skeptical about something entitled "Boot Camp". I envisioned a lot of yelling and not the most nurturing environment. However, since day one of camp, I have been nothing but thrilled to wake up and hang out with my newly acquainted friends. After two camps, I have learned so many new exercises that have stirred muscles I didn't know I had! The biggest change for me has occurred in my arms, hips and abs. I feel so much leaner and firm. I'm into a size 4 and my energy level has seen a significant boost. So, whether it's interval training with weights or yoga and Pilates, I look forward to every morning's new adventure. Lisa M.
Rob, I have to share w/you a fun story. My husband and I just got back from a trip to the Denver area - we went to Pike's Peak, Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park, the Garden of the Gods, etc., and we did tons of hiking. The weather was cold and windy (kind of like last night here), but we bundled up and went out anyway. One day, we were almost back to the car - about a half mile out - and the winds picked up something fierce just as we turned a corner and found ourselves facing it head on. I just couldn't take the cold wind in my face anymore, so I literally spun around and backpeddled the last quarter mile! I was able to keep up w/my husband no problem, and prevented some serious wind burn on my face. I'm pretty sure I would not have even tried that if it weren't for boot camp and Mitch's backward drills!! Best part - I wasn't sore at all. Here's to living healthy, Jan -Franklin
